Salvador Luna

Salvador Luna began his career with a degree in Food Industry Engineering from ITESM, Monterrey Mexico Campus in 1998 and has nearly 25 years experience in the food industry working for recognized Mexican and International companies located in Mexico.  His career progressed through the food industry where he held positions as Quality Assurances, Food Safety Auditor Marketing Strategies, R&D, AIBI Food Safety Professional, and BRC Auditor and ATP.  Salvador's experience has included consulting, education and training for development and implementation of HACCP, Food Safety pre-requisites programs and food safety schemes for BRC.
