Has nearly 19 years experience in the food industry. She started her career working for a globally recognized baking company in Mexico. She began her career as Food Safety Coordinator (HACCP & Food Defense). She graduated from Motolinia University at Mexico City in 2000. For the last 3 years she worked as a training and education, developmental consulting in Mexico.
