has over 49 years in the food industry and having held positions in Manufacturing, R&D, Project Manager, Process and Equipment Engineering, and QA. Ana Maria graduated from MITA Parma University and Buenos Aires University UBA (2013/2014) in Master in Food Technology. Ana Maria experience has included worldwide consulting, education, training and auditing for GMP's, Food Safety pre-requisite programs and GFSI for BRC, SQF and FSSC 22000.
