Root Cause Analysis
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) has been an integral component for determining the indicator source of problems. There are various methods for performing RCA’s and all have the same objective with the basic components including recording the issue, recording the documenting the risk to an operation, determination the root cause, assigning corrective and preventative actions, an appropriate measurement process with frequency, appropriate responsibility and follow up verification of effectiveness.
ACET personnel will instruct, illustrate and demonstrate various methods of Root Cause Analysis and processes for establishing and integrating the RCA program in your overall food safety system. We will coach and facilitate a process for developing an effective RCA program and process that is customized for your process.

Option
2 Day Option
Day 1 – Explanation and demonstration of Root Cause Analysis, explain the process, provide instruction, training and education on how to utilize RCA as a component of the continuous improvement process and with the Client staff discuss and agree on workshops for day 2.
Day 2 – Workshops will be performed with Client staff and focus on determining opportunities for RCA exercises and then prioritize the situations that resulted in unfavorable situations in order to determine the opportunities that will have the most significant impact.
Finally, a plan including assignments, benchmarks and timelines will be discussed and agreed on for establishing an effective RCA process for the identified opportunities.
2 Day Option
