Gap Assessments – HACCP, BRC, SQF, FSSC 22000
The purpose of Gap assessments is to evaluate the design, implementation, ongoing maintenance and management of food safety programs and systems against a specific standard or set of specifications. The output of the Gap assessment is to determine the missing components that are needed to complete a program or system.
After the Gap assessment ACET personnel will collaborate with the Client staff to formulate a logical and practical improvement plan with timelines and coach the Client through the improvement process.

Options
2 Days Option
Day 1 and 2 - Evaluating each section and clause of the global food safety scheme with explanation of the clause requirements and if necessary training sessions to further clarify scheme requirements.
3 Day Option
Day 1 and 2 - Same as the Day 2 option.
Day 3 Option - ACET will facilitate implementation, planning and development of an improvement project plan including task assignments, timelines and deliverables.
2 Days Option
